Prices include VAT at 20%.

* Live IN Cannes commits to its client to maintain the fee rate he has accepted during the first year of the mandate. After this first year, in the event of tacit renewal of the mandate, Live IN Cannes will be free to change the Tariffs. In this case, the customer will be informed by any means one (1) month before the entry into force of the new Rates. If the customer refuses the increase of the Tariffs, he will be able during a period of two (2) months, that is to say, during still one (1) month after the entry into force of the new Tariffs, to cancel his mandate by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the agency Live IN Cannes 17 boulevard Montfleury, 06400 Cannes. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the month in which it is received by LIve IN Cannes; the customer will then only be liable for payment of the price of his contract in proportion to the number of days during which he has benefited from the Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and unless otherwise stipulated in the Special Terms and Conditions subscribed to, Live IN Cannes reserves the right to revise the Tariffs annually upwards as at January 1st of the current year, in line with changes in the index of basic monthly wages – Real estate activities (NAF rev. 2, level A17 LZ) – Base 100 at Q2 2017, according to the following formula: P1 = P0 x (S1 / S0) where P1 = revised price, P0 = original price, S0 = index of basic monthly wages – Real estate activities published on the date of the previous revision or original index (date of signature of the Contract), S1 = latest index of basic monthly wages – Real estate activities.

Seasonal Rental Fee Schedule

Seasonal rental service

Rehousing costs during the reservation period in case of default, double reservation by the owner, unavailability of basic necessities, insecurity or insalubrity, impossibility of access to housing. Coverage of all costs incurred for the relocation of the tenant within the legal limits + 150 € fixed price and management expenses for the relocation by the agency
